Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Our CPVC power conduit is designed for optimal performance with a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit comes equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, strategically positioned 2.0 meters apart, ensuring seamless alignment and stability by placing them 0.5 meters from each joint.
2. For ease of setup, our CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel are advised to carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. Note: Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent potential damage.
3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure cuts are perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, resulting in a smooth, flat surface for optimal performance.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve robust CPVC power protective casing connections through socket or interface methods, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.
2. Enhance accuracy by marking the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator is accurately positioned for a secure fit.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clean any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and effectively prevents leaks.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project receives approval. Timely backfilling protects the pipeline from damage due to prolonged exposure, preserving its integrity.
2. Take care to backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil, providing additional support and protection.
3. Employ manual methods to fill backfilling soil into the ditch; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the structural integrity of the setup.
4. Ensure the quality of the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing long-term durability and stability.

For small quantity products, they will be delivered by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, you will receive the goods within 3-5 days after dispatch. For larger quantities, products will be shipped by sea. The duration will vary from days to weeks based on the destination port.

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost. Once we have established a long-term relationship or you become our VIP customer, we will offer free samples upon request.
