1. Our CPVC power conduits are crafted to a standard length of 6 meters, each accompanied by 3 resilient pipe sleepers. These sleepers are expertly spaced at 2.0 meters apart, with a precise 0.5 meters from each joint, ensuring unparalleled support and stability throughout its application.
2. Experience seamless manual installation of CPVC power protective casings. Ground personnel should efficiently convey the pipe materials to the construction team located at the trench's base. For preserving the pipe integrity, avoid rolling pipes into the groove.
3. When adjusting the length of CPVC power protective casings, employ dependable mechanical tools for an exact, perpendicular cut to the pipe's axis. This ensures a clean, flat surface, promoting a seamless and flawless fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Employ our robust socket or interface connections to join CPVC power protective casings, engineered for unmatched security and enduring performance.
2. Clearly denote the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indicator. Following insertion into the socket, verify the accuracy and alignment of the indicator to guarantee a secure, reliable connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and rubber ring's interior. This thorough preparation is key for a secure connection and preventing potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Promptly commence trench backfilling immediately upon acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This timely action shields the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring its long-term durability.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is filled with soft soil, providing essential cushioning and support, integral to the pipeline's structural integrity.
3. Carefully perform manual backfilling of soil into the ditch to maintain control and precision. Avoid mechanical backfilling to prevent any possible damage to the installation.
4. Verify that the backfill soil quality adheres to the design-specified density requirements, which is crucial for establishing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline.
