Each piece features 3 robust pipe sleepers, meticulously placed with a precise 2.0-meter spacing and thoughtfully positioned 0.5 meters from each joint. This strategic configuration ensures unwavering support and stability.
2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is a seamless, manual process. Ground crew should skillfully hand over the pipe materials to the trench crew below. To preserve structural integrity, rolling pipes into the trench is strictly off-limits.
3. For optimal length customization of CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure each cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis to deliver a smooth and even surface, guaranteeing a flawless and secure fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve a strong and enduring connection of CPVC power protective casings utilizing robust socket or interface connections, meticulously designed for exceptional durability and performance.
2. Accurately mark the CPVC power conduit connection with an insertion length indicator on its surface. Post-insertion into the socket, confirm the indicator's precise accuracy and alignment, ensuring a steadfast and secure connection.
3. Before proceeding with the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This thorough preparation is crucial for a seamless connection and the prevention of any potential water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Begin the trench backfilling process immediately upon the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Timely backfilling acts as a protective measure against damage due to prolonged exposure, thereby enhancing the pipeline's longevity and reliability.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing essential cushioning and unwavering support for the casing.
3. Utilize manual methods to fill backfilling soil into the trench, ensuring precise control and accuracy. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to protect the installation from any potential damage.
4. It is imperative that the backfill soil quality adheres to the design-specified density requirements, establishing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline's enduring performance.
