These sleepers are precisely positioned 0.5 meters from the joint, offering optimal support and ensuring structural integrity throughout the installation.
2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for seamless manual installation. Efficient teamwork is crucial as ground personnel swiftly supply pipe materials to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. To preserve the integrity of the pipes, rolling them into the groove is strictly prohibited.
3. When adjustments in length are necessary for CPVC power protective casings, employ precise mechanical tools to make accurate cuts. Ensure that each cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface that assures a perfect fit and an impeccable connection.
(2) Secure and Reliable CPVC Power Sheath Connections
1. Achieve secure and long-lasting connections by utilizing robust socket or interface connections for CPVC power protective casings. These connections are meticulously designed for enduring performance and stability.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with an insertion length indicator. Once inserted into the socket, verify the marker for accurate insertion and correct positioning to guarantee a secure and steadfast connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure that the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior are thoroughly cleared of any soil or attachments. This meticulous cleaning ensures a proper and leak-proof connection, preventing potential water ingress.

1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project receives approval, preventing damage due to prolonged exposure and enhancing the pipeline's longevity and durability.
2. Guarantee that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil. This ensures adequate cushioning and support, preserving the installation's integrity.
3. Execute backfilling with manual precision, maintaining control to prevent damage. The use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to maintain the delicate balance and integrity of the installation.
4. Ensure that the backfill soil quality meets the specified design density requirements, establishing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline. This foundation is crucial for long-term reliability and performance.
