Each conduit is innovatively designed with 3 robust pipe sleepers, ensuring a well-calculated spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper. This thoughtful arrangement ensures they are strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint, delivering exceptional support and stability.
2. Experience the seamless installation of CPVC power protective casings, achievable through manual methods. Ground personnel are entrusted with the efficient transfer of pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's base. To maintain structural integrity, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited.
3. For precise length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings, employ reliable mechanical tools that guarantee an exact cut. Ensure that the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface that allows for a flawless and snug fit.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve a secure and enduring connection by linking CPVC power protective casings with robust socket or interface connections, engineered to deliver unmatched performance and reliability.
2. Clearly delineate the insertion length on the CPVC power conduit connection's surface. Upon insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurately positioned to ensure a strong and secure connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear away any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. 1. Initiate trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project receives acceptance. Prompt backfilling is crucial to ward off damage from prolonged exposure, thereby ensuring the enduring longevity of the pipeline.
2. It is imperative to backfill the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil, providing essential cushioning and support to the structure.
3. Execute manual soil backfilling into the ditch, maintaining control and precision throughout the process. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any potential damage to the installation, ensuring the durability of the pipeline.
4. Verify that the quality of the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements, establishing a stable and secure foundation that significantly enhances the pipeline's stability.
