Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit, with its standard 6-meter fixed length, is engineered for precision and reliability. Strategically place 3 sets of pipe sleepers for each conduit, with an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between them, ensuring flawless alignment at 0.5 meters from every joint.
2. For maximum efficiency, manually install CPVC power protective casings. Ground personnel should seamlessly transfer pipe materials to the skilled construction team at the trench's base. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to ensure structural integrity.
3. Should length modifications be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools to achieve precise cuts. Guarantee that the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in an impeccably smooth and flat surface, ready for seamless integration.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve robust connections for the CPVC power protective casing through expertly crafted socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and enduring assembly.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface, indicating the precise insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, meticulously confirm that the insertion marker is accurate and perfectly positioned, ensuring flawless connectivity.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is crucial for facilitating a proper connection and effectively preventing any potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has received acceptance. Conduct backfilling promptly to protect the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure, ensuring long-term durability.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to enhance protection and stability.
3. Exercise care by manually filling backfilling soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.
4. Adhere to quality standards by ensuring that the backfill soil meets design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing a solid and reliable foundation.
