Installation Instructions
(1) Expert CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Each CPVC power conduit from Yangzhou Huawei Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. is crafted with a standard fixed length of 6 meters. These conduits come equipped with 3 robust pipe sleepers, strategically positioned 2.0 meters apart to provide maximum stability and positioned 0.5 meters from the joint to offer optimal support and reliability.
2. CPVC power protective casings are designed to be installed effortlessly by hand. Ground personnel are responsible for delivering the pipe materials directly to the construction team positioned at the trench's base. To preserve the pipe's integrity, rolling them into the groove must be avoided.
3. When adjusting the length of CPVC power protective casings, employ precise mechanical tools to make exact cuts. Ensure that the cuts are perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface for an impeccable fit and seamless connection.
(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve a strong and enduring connection of CPVC power protective casings through reliable socket or interface connections, expertly designed to ensure long-lasting, secure performance.
2. Mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface distinctly with the insertion length indicator. Upon socket insertion, verify the insertion indicator's accuracy and placement to reinforce a secure and stable connection.
3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove any soil or debris from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This thorough preparation ensures a perfect connection and effectively prevents any risk of water leakage.
(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Initiate trench backfilling promptly once the concealed pipeline project has received approval. This timely action prevents potential damage from extended exposure, safeguarding and prolonging the pipeline's durability and performance.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, offering sufficient cushioning and structural support to the installation.
3. Conduct the backfilling process manually to maintain precise control; mechanical backfilling is strictly avoided to prevent any damage to the installation.
4. Confirm that the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements, establishing a firm and reliable foundation for the pipeline, ensuring long-term stability and security.
